You can check the availability of the villa you wish to rent by clicking on the calendar; if your desired travel dates are flexible, you can submit a request via the "MAKE A RESERVATION" section. During this process, you can view the rental price for your desired dates and the required down payment amount. By clicking the "MAKE A RESERVATION" tab and filling out the form on the reservation page, you submit a preliminary reservation request to us. Our sales team will review your request and promptly contact you (via phone, SMS, or email) to provide the necessary payment details for confirming your reservation. Once your payment has been processed, the rental agreement details for the villa will be sent to you via email.

The guest capacities and number of bedrooms for the villas are specified on the villa listing pages and the individual detail pages for each villa on our website.

We do not provide a meal service. You can cook your own meals in the villa kitchens and prepare a lovely breakfast yourself. If you wish to request a private barbecue service, you can arrange this for a fee through the private chefs with whom we partner. Please feel free to contact us for details regarding fees and services.

The cost of electricity, water, and bottled gas usage, pool and garden maintenance, and the initial cleaning service upon arrival is included in the price. If you wish to request additional cleaning services during your stay, you must notify our company one day in advance; this service is provided for an additional fee.

The prices we publish on our website or social media channels represent the total price for the villa; we do not charge on a per-person basis. (For example: Whether 2 people or 4 people stay in a villa with a capacity of 4, the price remains the same.)

Once the reservation form has been created, an initial payment amounting to 20% of the total rental cost for your stay is required. This amount is indicated as preliminary information when you fill out the reservation form and is also included in the pre-reservation details sent to you. You can securely pay this 20% deposit using your credit card via the payment link we will email you (utilizing 3D Secure) or by making a bank transfer/EFT (or Western Union payment) to our company account. The remaining 80% of the balance is to be paid in cash upon check-in at the villa.
